Carrot dosa

Ingredients required

Carrots - 4
Dosa batter - 2 cups
Green chillies - 2 cut into small pieces
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - as required
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch

Cut the carrots into chunks, put into a mixer, add ginger and grind to paste. Add this to the dosa batter.Make a rough powder of black pepper. Add this to the dosa batter. Mix in salt, sugar, chillies to the batter.  Mix well. Apply oil to the pan, and make thick dosas. Serve hot with coconut, coriander chutney
